  • Duckula's wicked !!

  • "Has this penetrated what we laughingly called your brain?"

    Classic! ROFLMAO

  • "Goodnight out there. Whatever you are."

Gosh, I still love that after all these years.

  • ahhh,i loved count duckula-i had a duckula pencil case!they dont make um like this anymore-i mean what the hell is a tomliboo or teletubby.

  • WHAT IS THIS!!!!!!

  • this is one of Cosgrove-Hall's finest creations, a spin off From Danger mouse called Count Duckula.

  • This is a great cartoon along with others like tin tin. 80's and 90's cartoons were more educational and fun back then. Now they are chessy and ain't got much humor in them.

  • Johnny depp could play Count Duckula O.o

  • @ThomasJeromeNewton NOOOOO! Seriously, just NO!

  • i got season 1 and 2 as orginal and 4 on pc

  • This was my favourite show when i was a kid! Still brilliant to watch as an adult. The humour in cartoons nowdays has nothing on this!

  • HE JUST GREW A FOURTH FINGER AT 02:56... xD Was that intentional or a flaw? Hahaha!

  • @Zeanu It's a cartoon - there's the answer!

  • @Granitoons I think it was just part of the joke, haha.

  • Great animation, haha, it's so old and cheap, too. You don't find this kind of humor in kid's shows anymore.

  • Where's part 1?

  • very nostalgic. i used to love watching when i was younger.

  • GOD this shit takes me back..they dont make stuff like this anymore, they are into all that virtual pixar crap!Bring Old Skool Back!

Nanny used to freak me out tho...*sighs* those were the days, friends....

  • I have to agree with Viperzx300 - Cartoons today are all from the same 2-3 studios, like Pixar, and recycle the exact-same looks, characters, settings, and audio styles. What Disney doesn't make, Japanamation does, as is proven by the 500 pokemon versions and yu-gi-oh everything.

Looney Tunes featured Mel Blanc, probably THE best voice actor of all time, and slapstick humor that wasn't afraid to have elmer fudd tote his blunderbuss in the name of humor.

    Immortal stuff, hands down.

  • cosgrove hall had the self parody of english theatre

  • "Oh dear, we sent the ransom note too early!"

    "It wouldn't be cricket."

"Crickets? What do crickets have to do with this?"

I loved this show as a kid when they showed it on Nickelodeon, and it's just as entertaining as an adult.

  • Classic toons are identified by their ability to retain humor regardless of one's age -- Duckula is exemplary. Music, literacy, layers. This is brilliant.

  • OMG I miss 80's cartoons. This brings back so many memories. Thanks for posting this. Today's cartoons are all basically japamation and today's cartoons don't compete with looney tunes, and anything in the 80's.

  • this was such a good show i had it on videotape with these flashing lights on the cover when you pressed a button under the cover,,,amazing

  • this was my FAVORITE cartoon when I was a kid...I hate what times have done to children's shows...and it's not like this was that long ago...i'm only 23!

  • I strongly agree.

  • Tikitiboo!

  • This show expanded my vocabulary as a kid. A fine example of how cartoons should be, real humor and real language. None of this tinky-winky bullshit going on now.

  • Amen to that!

  • @clairelouisepotter Absolutely - I really got educated by osmisis thanks to Cosgrove-Hall. Very clever writing.

  • i love how they write a ransom note on headed note paper

  • Hmmm. Darkwing Duck's Great Uncle, perhaps? ^_^

  • lmfao i used to love that owl or whatever bird it is

  • I forgot how unique this show was. Its certainly odd. I agree that it looks to have directly inspired the character designs of Darkwing Duck.

    Very strange trip.

  • I tried to figure it out.... I really did :((

  • This is probably where Darkwing Duck came from and evolved.

  • ...Darkwing Duck was a direct spinoff of Ducktales, it even used some of the same characters, and an adjacent city.

  • does anyone know wher i can buy duckula in dvd format?

    message me cheers liam

  • Ummm... Where's the first part?

  • What I liked so much about this series is that nanny and Igor act like mum an dad to Duckula's spoilt child. I can't have been the only one who noticed this! Those bumbling kidnappers were classic characters too, love the voices!

  • Danger Mouse is far better. Does anyone have beyond series 2 of Danger Mouse and can they upload it?

  • By the way, do you know where to find episodes from season 2 and further?

  • too bad, it would be nice to see nmbr 1 too. But thats all up to you

  • where is part one?

  • It got flagged.

  • outrageous!

  • I say! Tickety-boo! Anything else just isn't cricket!

  • LMAO

  • Rather!

  • Damn....i used to get up early in the morning just to watch this. This cartoon was the shit! Damn i miss cartoons like this....they need to bring em back! WORD!
