I really don't know.... I suppose who realize this version inserts that music hackering code. Probably this is a traditional japanese song, try to ask to jap people and let me know if you've an answer :)

I thought as much! It sounds like a traditional Enka song, one that I am familiar with, but don't have a name sowwie. What you can do is search youtube for "enka" you're more than likely to come across it.
