  • did he call that bottle cap orange...

  • @TechnoReview101

yes, this bottle cap came from an orange juice bottle

  • shes cool, just bought a sling. :) and a geniculata 2inch juviecuz i traded my adult female for a snake. keep the vids coming, anything i need to know i just search your vids or robc's, you have a nice little collection their :)

  • @sparkingtonstanly

Thanks man. She is cool :)

She's now 3.5 inches and in a shoebox enclosure with air holes

  • nah, nice nice nice. after my L.p, this babies is what Ill be buying. Is it more skittish than say boehmeis?

  • @triggermiki

Usually in general, they would be as skittish as boehmei but definetely a bit more on the defensive side. They are a very cool looking species with voracious appetites

  • it looks like lasiodora cristata

  • @vakporcovac

it's nhandu chromatus. Lasiodora cristata, while vastly identical to N.chromatus is not in the pet trade.

  • @Jon3800

    would its bites hurt?

  • @SG02JATT

it would be pretty painful. Similar to a hornet sting.

  • @Jon3800 I'de say a full grown one would feed like a syringe stabbing into your arm =P

  • @demonjack123

probably like stabbing with a RED HOT syringe.

  • @Jon3800 LOL YES, and imagine the syringes from those mad scientist movies!

  • @Jon3800 Stabbing into you over, and over, and over again! LOL

  • before mien died after a bad molt I used to get threat posture. These awesome T's get VERY territorial once they establish a burrow.

  • @PersonalGeek

I agree, awesome speices. I had a MM N.chormatus died for the same reasons :(

  • 2 inches Jon? Looked like a 3 or 3.5 inch easily

  • @DawgcityClev

I always tend to underestimate, but ya she's around 3+

  • Hey Jon

I got one of those too! My transfer was also super easy! Although my Nhandu is only 1/8". I got her as a gift. For a really little thing, she appears to really be fearless. She's constantly begging to be fed. She really loves her fruit flies.

  • @rncade

    thats awesome

  • @tallnhung

In my opinion, ti's way too big for one that size. House her in a 10 gallon, when she's close to adult size like 6-7 inches. At this size, a standard size kritter keeper will do fine.

  • Subbed!

Awesome video, i'll be sure to watch more of them in a little while i have one of these and ''she'' is perfectly handleable although i have been warned otherwise!

I also have a Chilean rose hair who molted just last week a Mexican redknee and a chaco golden knee :D great vids!

  • Beautiful Nhandu Chromatus Jon! Mine will probably be the size of yours in a molt or so... I'm not sure but I have a feeling mine may be a male :S. Anyways have a good weeked!

  • Jon, I just have to tease you. You were explaining the set up using potting soil, a small pc of bark for a hide and an "orange" bottle cap for a water dish. Ummmm have I been misinformed about the color orange my whole life :-) Just had to tease you. I have no life so I have to get my entertainment somewhere..lol

  • @kaydyn1512

Lol, I should have mentioned an orange juice bottle crap...LOL

  • @Jon3800 You make this way to easy..lol Now it's a orange juice bottle "crap"? lol Just laugh. I'm done teasing. :-)

  • I wish mine was that calm. 'She' prefers to teleport!

  • @RTHounds

I hear ya, they can be fast if they want to be

  • When will you be making your next feeding video?

I'd like to see your E.Murinus getting fed!

  • @vinny4689

    I will try for tomorrow

  • Wow if only they were all that easy, huh Jon:)

  • If only they was all this easy....

  • My largest one is only 1.5in... Next molt should he/she get the adult colors? Btw he is SLIGHTLY getting white legs with the stripes. But no where near bright enough to see them 1 foot away. If I go close up you could see the fellas stripes and whites.

  • @SmallArachnidBlogger

At 1.5 inch, you should see color.

  • did u make that today and why did u cut in the middle was is because of me i guess

  • @JJDominoes

i went to get my tongs. This was before you called

  • @Jon3800 ok ya i was wondering if you were making a video when i called i was nervous that you were

  • first comment! no but in all seriousness that is an awesome T

  • @halofornoobs93
