Great job!!! Where did you get that light? I use myotest and emphasize ground contact time. That light is a great feedback. I work with alot of girls basketball players in southern california. I just started doing single leg hop JJ4 with some athletes. I love that light as feedback. Brilliant!!!!
We got it from Fusion Sport out of Australia. It is part of the Smart Speed Timing System and it is very cool. Using it along with the Myotest gives us great feedback instantly and great testing info for analysis.
correct, the light will flash red if the contact time is to long, green if the contact time is below the time you set in the system (in this case .180 seconds) and blue if you jump high enough (in this case 28 cm).
