  • jump rope in the middle of a poorly lit road seems more extreme than beginner.

  • is it a problem if i just jump the rope on my front toes?can anyone please reply?thank you

  • @engel783

You should be on your toes (forefoot strike). Never jump on flat feet or land on heels

  • I like jumping rope but it makes my knees sore from the impact

  • @fitappy

Any advice for what kind of shoes both men and women should look for jump rope?

  • @Twisted86

    comfortable :)

    gym shoes will do it

  • lady, you're awesome

  • Thanks for this video! I have a great rope with wooden handles, but want another that's weighted, and it has foam handles. How are foam handles kept clean?

  • hey i want lose belly fat. so how many jumps i have to do to lose 10 cm. i have skipp almost every day but i dont see results. i have 6 months to lose fat.

  • @MrSomedaygirl

That's where girls have it the most, so fat goes the slowest from the hips and bell area :(

Try combination of different ab exercises and other cardio workouts (running, biking, etc.)

    3 times a week for 20-30 min.

I think that’s enough, maybe one or two more.

  • Wow!! You're good!! Getting me a jump rope :)

  • how much time does it takes to master the rope?

  • @hardkore898

depends - how much you practice :)

  • @hardkore898 I started jump rope for boxing at 50 and after about 7 months, 3x a week, I can jump for 15 minutes straight the easy way. I am slowly improving my stamina and rhythm, learning the more complicated steps. I'd say after a year or so I can jump rope like her! It's essential for boxing definitely but is also a great workout for overall fitness. I'm sure younger people can learn much faster.

  • @AccordGTR should it be done everyday since its cardio[jump rope]???

  • i likee your body And you(L)

  • I just tried skipping rope for the first time a few minutes ago but it's snowing and I'm doing it in my driveway so I got worried about being embarrassed. I guess I should go to a gym.
