There is this false idea of what is pure. It is a cyclical argument that people use because they can't deal with the changing times. If you are a good dj then you will be one whether you are using a cdj, turntable or computer. They are just tools, and it is your creativity or lack thereof which will determine your worth, and this is coming from someone who learned on some no-name tt's when i was 12. Embrace it instead of being sour.
Auto-Sync is nothing man, there are programs out there that take it even further. They tell you what's in key, how you should play it and by what BPM..kids now days listen to what the computer says not what the crowd feels lol Some are lost without the waveform display and the play lists they spend hours creating.
@qmasante - Why would I be bitter? I'm already well written in the History of House Music. Long as young people play it & research it's birth - there I will be, to be read about. The young ones can have the world of today. When I was a teenager, our only worry was getting caught having sex, making a baby, of catching the clap. Then came Hurpies, then AIDS. Nope...would trade my teen years with any of the young ones of today.
There are no shortage of vinyl djs that suck too. Such a stupid argument.

It sounds like you are bitter because newer and younger people don't have to do the things you did. just plain silly.
