when he dies he is sent to a place in his head where dumbledore is.... dumbledore explains things to him ..... harry is given a choice to come back and stay dead.

... he came back and kills voldemort.... and because harry died everyone else had an ultomat protection ....so none of the could die.

Okay, so I think I need to take a minute or two and explain something --

This "video" was actually a promo for a live recording that Mark Binder made several years ago -- long before the finish of the "book"

So, no -- it's not how J.K.R. made it end. It was an audience-participation creation. Made by a whole bunch of crazed kids on Halloween, so naturally it's a bit twisted and demented.

And we kindof like it.

Actually, harry goes up to heaven then comes back down and the horcrux that was inside harry comes out and then voldemort sends Adva Keradva at Harry but it backfires and voldemort kills himself. It is reveald that Snape dies and was on Harrys side all along. Snape killed dumbledore coz dumbledore told snape to.

It explains all in the chapter after snape hands harry a memory.

I think that JK Rowling's point is that he could choose to die, but doesn't have to. It's a fairly common theme among heroes. For Harry, the choice is between his dead mother and father, and live friends. Choose well, Grasshopper.

That was one of the reasons I read the whole thing right away -- so nobody could spoil it for me.

The nice thing about Mark's version of the story is that it was inspired by (and co-created) by a bunch of Middle Schoolers -- so it's very satisfying in the same way that any parody can be.

And the best thing about Rowling's version is that it still leaves ours open!
