  • Try taking your RPM readings off of the pulley on the AF Gen pulley - not your motor ..

    RPMS are not going to be the same due to pulley ratios. Not sure of your ratio, it looks like it may be about 7.1 .. and thats only a guess without actually counting revolutions..
