  • I watched your other video... but you didnt really explain what determines the affected ear?? If I do it to the right, and I have nystagmus, what does that mean? If I do it to the left and have nystagmus, what does that mean?

I need to k now which ear is causing the dizziness before I do the Epley, but have not found how to determine that. Can you help?

  • @GeorgiaFamily4 Did you ever find out the answer to your question about Nystagmus? I have it now and am trying to determine what ear I am having hte problem with and I noticed your comment.

  • @FLIBOI413 Hey There. If you lay back, turning your head to the right and slightly up, like in the video, they your affected ear is the right ear, and you do the eply starting on the right side.

Unfortunately, I am still dizzy... its been months now. Every night when I lay down to go to bed, the room spins, and when I turn over in the night, the room spins. I have tried the eply, doesnt work anymore.

Good luch, I hope you get relief.
