How abot the technical stuff: water supply, food storage, cooking, heating, & potty? I see lanterns in the background, so the lighting question is answered.
Also, no building codes up yonder?
Lastly, don't throw an axe at a bear. It just makes them mad!
I like the cabin! It looks like a nice place to get away. Just wanted to say that the production values seem much better than a lot of videos currently on Youtube, so nice work!
Finally! I was waiting for this episode about your Vermonter Cabin. Good stuff. Now you'll have to show us your addition in the next episode. How many hour drive from your home?
to "Onlywhenprovoked" lol- no, we said we didn't use power tools until we got to the sheathing/plywood stage, etc- all else (framing, posting, flooring, etc- was done by hand. The Chop saw you see WAS used, but not until MUCH later on the game (and more so for the current (last year) addition we've been working on (not featured in the episode- except for a quick shot)). Thank for watching!

hot dogs/scrapple- same difference- all scraps tossed together- but yeah, scrapple's more "backwoods" I suppose. THanks

you should say "scrapple theory" instead of the hot dog theory.... just saying.
ps. yes, it's delicious.
