i would feel that its a skill because if you have a lvl 100 and your a rank 3 there is level 50 monsters. so it goes by your skill and your friends skill combined. this is not relatedd to the question but i hope i win the membership!!!!!!

Honestly dungeoneering is more of a minigame BUT jagex set it as a skill soooo I need to train it to get my completionist cape (I got my max cape on July 27th if you didnt know) im currently 113 dg I just got my my primal 2h (I do not need the membership so dont give me it ;3)

Skill. because to be a miningame there wouldn't be "1-99 dungeoneering" and their is a skillcape. It's like a minigame because u train it the same way as you would play miningames. you get tokens, and spend them on rewards. you unlock each floor to enter the next one. kinda like training thieving through pyramid plunder.

Its a minigame, skill, and distraction/diversion because u can train it by doing rushes, play in a team with freinds and u can get some expericence for your other skills

minigame, if you look at the things it has verses other minigames, you can find that they are similar. A team is pretty much required, there are rewards, you can't train that skill anywhere else, there are unique items that can only be used in the minigame, other skills are can be used for more advancement in the game, and if it wasn't for the character limit, I would have a list of similarities

Deffinetly a minigame.. A skill has to have a purpose and the reward would be a 99 cape dungeoneering is different however.. I would think of it as a mingame similiar to fog but you dont have a fog level instead you get points and those points go towards buying fog rewards battle robes berserker shields etc. Just like how you do dungeoneering and you get points so you can buy dungeoneering items .. This is a really interesting subject. Also what skill in rs only allows you to train in ONE place

I wouldn't call it a minigame because of its straight up complexity, and how long it takes for a single reward. The layout of dungeoneering, eg. play, earn, reward, is very similar to minigames like Pest Control, Soul Wars, etc. Dung, in relation to skills, is very different from many skills. The only similar one I can think of is Slayer. Slayer is basically the same idea. You kill monsters, get slayer points for it, and buy things as a reward from the slayer masters. Very hard to compare, IMO:)

If you look at other mini-games out there, they offer hours of game for a reward.

Take pest control as an example you play many games of that, you get a small reward for the possibly 2mins of game you play, such as a small dungeon rushed. although after playing it for hours, you have alot of points. you can then take your points to a shop and get rewards. Dungeoneering appears to be a mini-game, it has all the characteristics of one. Slayer has points but it takes skill to get them. dung dos nt
