I urge You and All people concerned to Email, Write, Call Aiptek, leave messages, Tell them the Following: Bring Back into The US Market the Action HD Pro 1080. Start Treating Customers Right, by answering telephone calls. Add Portable media Player recorders to all future Model HD Camcorders. Let us bring back Aiptek as a good company. Some Very Sad News, I have authenticated that Aiptek has Discontinued the Action HD Pro in the Americas. I have also authenticated that Aiptek is marginalizing,Down scaling it's United States Operations. If You call their Customer service number, they No Longer have Customer Service Reps answering and returning Telephone calls/inquires. The valid source who told me about Aiptek's dilemma said Aiptek will focus on the European/Asian markets. That is not good for US Customers.

I have that camcorder the zoom knob feel off and when I dropped it the lense broke

it only records in apple format and has to be converted
