It comes from your phone's antenna. It wouldn't be much of a phone if it couldn't communicate with a base-station using radio waves. My guess would be: used really high quality footage (probably HD), filtered it to look bad after the process was done (to look like home video camera), camera was on a tripod but added a wiggle expression in after effects to give it a slight handheld look, the slow evolving of the steak could be done with a still of the first steak to a still of the cooked steak at the end. If the camera is on a tripod it's just like working with still pics and manipulation in After Effects.

Very seamless editing, the only way I could tell between transitions was by watching the color of the table. The video compression artifacts slightly change abruptly between takes, but since the steak is the obvious focal point its easy to miss. This video is very well done, and that pun was mildly intended.
