Do you realize in California they vote on everything? Do you realize the State Supreme Court, the authority on the Constitution and the ones who legalized gay marriage in the first place, upheld the vote?

Gay marriage isn't about religion. Many opponents are religious, but there is nothing in Prop 8 that said religion was the motive.

You can't change the definition for everyone just because of a minority group. You can't call you different unions the same thing. Period.

A Washington state man has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for having sex with his two dogs.

Troy Whitson entered an Alford plea Monday in Lewis County Superior Court, meaning he admitted no wrongdoing but acknowledged he'd likely be convicted.
