She's actually the spirit of the girl who was sacrificed to make that weapon (Ciel didn't do it; don't worry). Ciel named her "Seven," although when Shiki's friend Arihiko temporarily took the spirit in during a crisis, Arihiko nicknamed the spirit "Nanako".
