i was going to get this for ps3, but after reading some of the reviews on amazon uk, im having serious doubts about whether I should even bother with it.

My first character selection will be my favourite character Kazama Asuka and then her future lover Kazama Jin hey you can't deny their feelings for each other.
To truly see the differences between tekken 5 and tekken 6...click on the "HD" button then click on the full screen and look at asuka and armor king...if you have an eye for things you can tell that these character models have been completely overhauled. Look at their faces and the curves...literally no jaggies almost!

AWESOME MUSIC, Tekken is known to have awesome music albeit Tekken 5 seemed to have probably the woorst in the series, So far I like what I see and hear and this is my second most anticipated game this year just behind Modern Warfare 2. I can't wait, I hope EU gets it on the same day or in the same week as America.
I agree on Tekken's soundtracks. They're the reason I started paying attention to in-game music. My favorite of the series is Tekken 4 with 3 close behind. I thought though 5 was a step back after the sound created in 4.
The PC version (if it's gonna have one) is not gonna be boring experience just because is on PC you can get 22" monitor or plug it to a TV and buy a Xbox 360 controller or PS3 controller you can buy a nice 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound system and plug to the PC and have better experience then the consoles because you can crank up the resolution and have a better graphics than the consoles :D

Virtual Fighter was the best fighting Game for the Sega Saturn lol actually the best fighting game made by SEGA. Well Tekken is the only fighting game series that lasted the test of time and still is very good. Street Fighter still hasn't master 3D fighting yet like Tekken .They Still do that 2D cartoon shit. Umm MK is good but it lost my respect after MK 3 Trilogy. MK just got way stupid through out the years.

AWESOME MUSIC, Tekken is known to have awesome music albeit Tekken 5 seemed to have probably the woorst in the series, So far I like what I see and hear and this is my second most anticipated game this year just behind Modern Warfare 2. I can't wait, I hope EU gets it on the same day or in the same week as America.

I agree on Tekken's soundtracks. They're the reason I started paying attention to in-game music. My favorite of the series is Tekken 4 with 3 close behind. I thought though 5 was a step back after the sound created in 4.

The PC version (if it's gonna have one) is not gonna be boring experience just because is on PC you can get 22" monitor or plug it to a TV and buy a Xbox 360 controller or PS3 controller you can buy a nice 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound system and plug to the PC and have better experience then the consoles because you can crank up the resolution and have a better graphics than the consoles :D

tekken? are u serious? i play tekken, it is not played on console it is played on arcade, that is where u see the highest level of skill, all fighters infact except for DOA4 are played on arcade when played at high levels (side a few tournemants)
WOW, lineage2 and RO are very very small time in the competiton arena,
theres about 100x the amount of profesional gamers in PC gaming compared to console, professionals in the PC market dont just make a living, they get rich LOL!

its much much larger, watch a CS frag movie and compare it to any FPS on console and just see the difference in level of capability of mouse vs controller, watch a SC match and see the difference between keyboard vs controller
i btw am an avid gamer, i support both the console and PC but! i have played many events for PC (none international) and understand what it means to ACTUALLY GAME, rather than PLAY VIDEO GAMES

thats not the point, ok, so you play the arcade ported version which is cool, but its fact that games such as tekken evolved by being ported to consoles, its also how the graphics in gaming evolved, by the arrival of new technology, new consoles such as the playstation 3. just like how soul calibur gained even more fame by being ported to the dreamcast. Fans anticipate games to be ported to arcades just as much as consoles.. but back to the subject,why would you prefer mouse and keyboard?

the controller is outdated, but then again with the PS3 u can plug in a mouse and keyboard and use them in games that they are compadible with, but 90% of console gamers dont they use pad
compare the controller and its 12? buttons to a keyboard or the precision of a mouse to the controllers D-pad

i play both console and PC alot and already understand 1 PC gaming is better, but i find console still alot of fun its just the competetive arena for RTS/FPS on console is stale and TBH easy
