Hell yeah it is, I was a 2nd gen player and I started to miss playing, but when I tried to get online it wouldn't, that's when I found out that they shut down the servers. Made me mad

A beta was released only on japan, it seems to be a very successful game over there, so there is a possibility that they bring it to US and Europe, but there hasn't been any official announcements on the matter

well, all of the games are online and actually i do think this one looks more fun with tons of people, constantly new monsters coming out, new areas, new towns you stay in, day and night at your town, but im also really excited to get monster hunter tri for wii =D

monster hunter frontier is not a free game but u can get a trial version that lets u play a bit of the game.
