How to download the sims 8 in 1!

If you have the problem with "not saving/families not loading", just right click the sims.exe icon and change compatibility mode to windows xp service pack 2 and run as administrator.

@Pty1980 you need to mount the iso with daemon tools lite (free) or power iso (you can pay or google or youtube a reg key) cyclic errors only occur with disc reading (actual discs not mounted) so for that reason mount whenever possible.. Now if this error occured while it was mounted then you either have a bad torrent or need to make sure there is not compatibility issues with your OS. I hope that helps :)

@Pty1980 well daemon tools lets you create multiple fake drives so when the installation prompts you for the next file just direct it to the one with the file it needs :)

@marcore05 I'm sorry, I don't know what could be causing this. If you are running a version of Windows higher than XP, make sure you are running as an admin. Also, if it is newer than XP, make sure you are running in compatability mode. If you can't solve your probelm by doing one of those things, try googling it. I'm afraid I can't be much help in a situation like this. :'( Perhaps reinstalling?

Great Video! (even though it's kinda hard to read) anyway, I got the torrent and utorrent, and I downloaded it on utorrent. After it finnished... it said it was "seeding" when I clicked on the finnished file, it just took me to a page that has 3 icons... the Sims 8 in 1 DISK1, The Sims 8 in 1 DISK2, and finally The Sims 8 in 1 DISK3 with utilz. If i click on one, it just trys to burn it. Should I burn it onto a CD? And will that be the sims??? I dont know what to do now, :( thanks!

@Pokefan9987 You need to download something like daemon tools.

Look up daemon tools. It emulates having a real cd drive and fakes out your computer into thinking that the file is a cd when you mount it in the program. It's all a lot easier than it sounds.

@simpirate Well, I burned it to a CD, and then installed it for about 3 hours :/ when I was FINALLY finnished... I clicked on the icon and it said... "It has come to our attention that you have installed another Sims expansion pack after the Sims Makin' Magic. for this to work properly, The Sims Makin Magic installer will now update your installation. Select OK to proceed." When i press ok, it says "to continue with the installation, please insert disk 1 of the sims makin magic. if u can, help?

@ellenthomsonn Your welcome! In the torrent client you use try to find the directory for downloads is. Normally is would be a folder called 'torrent' or be the downloads folder. Since I have utorrent, all I have to do is right click on the seeding torrent and then select open file location.

I think you did a great job there. The download works perfect. No viruses, and I'm sure of that, cause before and after the download my virus scanner didn't found any viruses. I play this game with a lot of fun. At first it won't let me save, but you have to click right the sims 8 in 1 shortcut, go to properties, then click on compatibility, then check run as administrator. or you can just right click it and run as administrator. Only sims vacation doesn't seem to work but that's fine. THANKS!

@151megz It's okay. Yeh I hear everything fine. It's ehhhh for windows 7. I think some people got it to work but I don't recommend playing on Windows 7. That's what I have but I also have XP. Which I play it on. Yes you do and yes they are the same for the most part.

They aren't necessarily EXACTLY  the same, but yes all of the expansions are there.

Try it again. I normally pick open so I can jump right into downloading it. If you save the torrent, then double click on the file and it will open in utorrent. Which browser and which torrent client are you using?
