It sucks that there's going to be more filler arcs, I think it would be kinda cool though to have a filler arc involving the arrancars cuz they're pretty awesome and they'll all be dead soon. Plus more Gin Ichimaru screen time would be kinda amazing too.

Although fillers arent the best way to get on a anime its like SakuraAvalon said and very well, how can they make the anime if it is so close to the manga, besides almost bleach episode is about 2 chapters a time so it would get very close again in 2 months or less.

the animators basically have 3 choices when an anime starts catching up to the manga it's based on:

1) diverge storylines and come up with their own ending (like the original FMA) go on hiatus for a long while to widen the gap, or

3) make fillers (imho the lesser evil)

Plus even more fillers thrown in and unddoubtedly Ichigo will end up having a few scraps with the hollow possibly lose control which'll be the basis for a couple of arcs..
