no it doesn't give you a dmg boost. it decreases the dmg you get from all enemys around you by 50% for some seconds.

I should have added that in the video^^

It decreases the damage all enemys around you deal against you for the next 5 secs by 50%.

You can look all abilites up in the Wardb :)
