she is a coaster loa abt 70m. we had cargo on board at that time about 700-800 mt wood. dwt is abt 1600 mt.

That's some heavy rolling/pitching for being at anchor! I would figure the engines would be set in standby. And light with no cargo. How long is the vessel?
