I believe because I SAW ONE WITH MY OWN EYES!!! I'm a school teacher and I was with my step-father (a judge) and mother (court commissioner). We are level-headed people!!! We had no idea such an sighting was even possible! While staying at the Holiday Inn along the Niagara River, we WATCHED as it glided and moved close to the coastline and around a docked mini cruise ship. We were all AMAZED and I can't stop thinking about it!

The first pic is obviously a fake, the 1st vid is from the movie The Water Horse, and the google image looks like a boat to me. Not saying I don't believe in Nessie, just that most of this is fake (not sure on the second vid). I don't believe that Nessie is a plesiosaur (which is NOT a dinosaur like you all are saying), but it could be a giant eel or fish.

They did tests with a sonar that measures / finds heart beat frequencies under water, but Nessie woulden't show up on their screen. I saw this on a documentary on Discovery I think. AnywayThat pretty much explains that there might not be anything else there in the water besides fish. However, I believe she is down there. And I hope she has plenty of jummy fish to eat :)

And if she is down there, I think we should leave her alone really. But I hope for a real picture.

I believe in thins like this monster and I'll tell ya why. All myths of monsters and stuff come from somewhere. There were myths of giant squid nobody believed, but then they found a died one. Stories passed down through the ages have origins, such as sea monsters. That can go for God to but that's off topic. But that is why I believe it.
