Homer, that is an impressive wine selection. Chateau Palmer and a Gevrey-Chambertain premier cru. I would never have expected to see such wines on an airplane. The dom perignon also is a very nice, but I have heard they pour dom and krug on airplanes. But the Palmer and premier cru burgundy are extremely nice for an airplane! Also, the leather casing of the menu is an extremely nice touch!

I reckon, either ur a RICHIE RICH kinda guy who always flies First or Business Class or may be the airlines u board in give u special honour or offer to promote their First Class and Business class features and the meals n drinks offered and of course taking into their sweet cute air hostesses in ur frame. Unfortunately no new videos..and next one might be economy again, sigh. I must confess I never tried Quatar. As to your decision, you probably would not have the private suites on EK First on that route, you better check...so ultimately it would be a matter of price for me.

No, not the airline industry. Actually, they had excellent connections to the places I had to travel to recently. They also have an excellent service, as you might agree. And they offer excellent value for money, being still cheaper than other premium airlines like e.g. Lufthansa. The latter point has been changing, though, recently, and Emirates is putting my loyalty to a test:)

When you travel with someone, you take the separation down - so the option for "togertherness" appears to be almost better than in private, one-row-single-seat suites.

With these seats, given that these are not the Private Suites, did you have any difficulty exiting the Window Seats when your mate next to you is reclined flat? Even though these seats aren't as private as the Private Suites, I bet you got pretty comfortable and sufficient privacy in the seat itself?

In this case it was 1 F, so there was no seat in front. Actually, I believe row 1 has a bit less space - I usually prefer row 2. On this flight I did not have a neighbour. But I recall that there is sufficient space to climb over somebody..but, of course, you still do have to climb over somebody. You can move the separation shield between seats up and down. When it is up, you do almost feel like in a private suite..you do not see your neigbour at all.
