I haven't had the pleasure of watching "World Series" yet, but this is "Hetalia Axis Powers" meaning it focuses on the Axis Powers and Allies during WWII. India, Mexico, and Africa were not major players in WWII and would have a minor appearance in one short 30 second skit like Cuba a few episodes ago. I'm surprised this received so many thumbs up...
