On the TV the other day there was an Israeli-French historian explaining why an Israeli race doesnt really exist. His argument was; that there were no books talking of a Jewish exile from Israel, whereas all of the focus was on returning and rebuilding. He said that the history was created by Zionists who wanted to form a country in the future.

Four Israeli soldiers are angry because Israel "withdrew" from a single illegal settlement that was annexed from Palestinian land in the west bank.

They are also reportedly upset that they didn't kill enough women and children during the month long massacre in Gaza last year too.

And Ridley treats these fascist thugs like they are modern day Henry Thoreaus.

You implicitly compare the kid getting arrested for possession of pot to the actions of the Israeli soldiers.

That's probably true. And in fact is part of what I admire about the free state movement, and your work. The practicality, the honesty, and correctness of it. I think it's a dose of what the world needs.

By the way I didn't intend to sound antisemitic, or one sided. I feel that the only ones to blame here are those who oppress, and deny people their human rights,( freedome), etc. Civil disobedience is critically important there. Thanks again Dave. Peace to the middle east!

I think you might have some fundamental misconceptions about the content of this video.

These four soldiers were protesting because they apparently think Israel is not illegally annexing Palestinian land quick enough!

Civil disobedience is about standing up against injustice.... not about being impatient at the speed injustice is carried out!

I get it just fine. What's happening here is that when I say something about one thing people on here like to try, and make it apply to the entire statement. So, when it comes to civil disobedience there I'd have to say that I side with the oppressed, and I think that what those soldiers are doing is not standing up against the injustice. See, the 2nd day of his tenure Obama promised 35 billion to Israel. We have a vested interest in relocating Israel to the US, and I think we should divide OK up and call a half New Israel. That way, with the entire population of Israel in the US, the 35 billion will be spent here AND relations in the middle east will improve. If we decide to bring the Palestinians, we could send them to the Palestine TX area, but with Pals in TX, NH may be a better place for New Israel, per poolboys suggestion.

The population of Israel is roughly the same size as that of Massachusetts. America could easily absorb 6-7 million more people.

We could Americanize them, pacify them, and bring peace to the middle east.

And since Israel already controls our congress and president this moves makes sense from a national security standpoint too.
