The sounds of both bands was created by Caleb himself. There's no big differences between Bleak and Fireal, in fact you can call Fireal a newer, better version of Bleak. The only differences are the name of the band and the band members. Nothing has changed, Caleb is still writing all the music, the same music you find on the 'Burns Inside' album. And some of the newer material was scheduled to be released on Bleak's sophomore album. So in other words ... Fireal is Bleak but a better version ;)
