I think this song represents what we all really need in life and what is the key to world peace. We all just gotta come to an understanding and learn to truly accept people for who they are and not judge them for it.
Interesting version, it's all right, and it suits the 80's (too bad they took out the waltz in the interlude, though)
But NOTHING can beat Dio!!! The original is way better.
Those who prefer this version should get real. I understand you guys might've grown up with this version instead, but what the hell, how dare you call Glover & Dio's version (THE ORIGINAL) "rubbish"? Get a damn grip.
TO THE UPLOADER: Fix the info in the description! This is NOT Dio singing.
Sorry if people don't like this version of the Butterfly Ball. The Dio sung version is available elsewhere on You Tube, as are other versions by other artists. This version was the one transmitted on UK TV back in 1981 and is for nostalgia value for those who remember - or prefer - this version.

Just in case anyone's wondering about the artist - the single's credited to Sgt. Frog.
Hope this helps!

So very '80's in its sound, with all the synth. Not a bad cover.

The original Keyboard work was done by Eddie Hardin, who has played for Spencer Davis Group, solo, Deep Purple, and with Dio among others.
I loved this growing up and have posted it on my page, I hope you dont mind. I love the music!

I'm not sure but this may actually be Eddie Hardin playing.

This version is far superior in every way. Many thanks for uploading this. I certainly wasnt going to settle for the mediocre version.

I like Dio's version more, but this cover has great merit. It has more of an 80's syntyh-sound. Good sync-up to the cartoon too.
