  • If you sold your company after 7 yrs, I wonder what type of business you were doing. Nobody after 7 yrs, doing well, would sell his company, after doing well. But you, sound stubborn. I won't write back to you, neither. "AN IGNORANT PERSON IS ALWAYS RIGHT IN HIS OWN IGNORANT OPINION". By the way, Were you a member of the DSA? No wonder you sold your company...

  • Well as of today, the state of Illinois is considering following California in their pursuit of YTB. I would start looking for another way to generate income if I were in YTB! This will be interesting to see what happens as all states look into their illegal comp plan. If you need more info on what makes comp plans illegal, you'll need to consult a DSA recommended MLM attorney such as Babner and Assoc.

  • How are they going to consult a DSA attorney, if YTB is the ONLY member of the DSA in the travel section. Instead of listen people, be smart and check with QUALIFIED

  • How are they going to consult a DSA attorney, if YTB is the ONLY member of the DSA in the travel section. Instead of listen people, be smart and check with somemone QUALIFIED. Not media etc. I bet if you personaly with deligence, I bet, you'll become part of YTB.

  • Law suits are a matter of public record. Why don't you contact the state of California for yourself if you don't believe the media? The DSA has attorneys that they recommend. These attorney's are familiar with the various laws in every state as they pertain to the Direct Sales industry.

  • Do me a favor. Why don't YOU go and check the DSA. click on member directory and see for yourself who's the ONLY company that is a member of the travel section. Between YOU and the DSA, I'm sorry, man, I'd rather believe in the DSA. Not you. Papers, man, documentation. Not words.

  • When you're out of a job, maybe you'll open your eyes. Why don't you call the DSA and verify that they do not review any companies comp plan. The YTB comp plan is illegal in many states. If a company meets the DSA requirements, which you can find out what those are when "you" call, they can be a member. If YTB loses any of the lawsuits, they will no longer be a member of the DSA or anything else.

Call the District Attorney in CA, research the legal filing. The FACTS speak for themselves.

  • Look what you're saying! If YTB is the only member of the DSA, the ONLY, Why Am I going to look for an attorney? Is this a propaganda for this Babner and Assoc.?

  • I owned an Direct Sales company for 7 years before I sold it. I KNOW the DSA criteria for membership and I KNOW they don't review the comp plans. I guess in your case, ignorance is bliss. Good luck with living with blinders on. I will not respond to you again, as it is pointless.

  • He apparently was right about some things. YTB has been shut down in California for being an illegal pyramid scheme.

  • YTB was not shut down in California they are only under investigation. They went through the same thing in Florida and nothing was ever done to them. If you are going to write something at least be correct with what you are saying.

  • Watch out though, you have some guy named Mark Ewing who does videos out of his Mom's cellar, talking about the perils of YTB....he means business. I mean, he must make, what $25,000 a year and Coach Tomer makes what....$20 million a year at YTB and has an impeccable background to back it up. Little blowhards like Mark Ewing have no business background, no business expertise and no MLM experience and are the scourge of the industry. This guys "documentaries" are a case of Napoleons complex.
