  • Legalize everything while ur at it. Free Columbia from its Cocaine stranglehold.

  • FAIL. All the stoners forgot to vote again.

  • I want to render marijuana worthless, sprinkle seed everywhere, on every patch of land so that whoever wants it can just pick what they want from the side of the road for free, or grow it themselves as they please. Who would buy it then?

  • Damn you Cali for not passing prop 19!!! DAMN YOU!!!

  • So in my opinion it should be for 15 and up.

  • @xNeo2Rememberx because your 15 lol

  • Age of 21 is bullshit. yes I am a teen but I am a practical genius. Alchohol WILL cause profound liver problems and brain development issues as well as in some cases kindey failure if used under the age of 21 or whenever your body stops growing. I see why alchohol is not good for the developing body at young ages but why must marijuana be illegal for people under 21? ALOT of teens have very harsh issues in their life and they need a release. Mary is not bad in any way for teen consumption.

  • I say they should go on an legalize it. If your gona smoke weed then your gona smoke weed. your not gona care if its legal or not. whats gona happen thats not happening right now. Quit making such a big deal out of it!!!!!!!!!

  • lol

  • They high. You know they high. Fuck all fuckin' shit.

  • Time and time again it has been shown that place that legalize marijuana show no increase in its use. Opponents that argue about high drivers haven't a leg to stand on. We wouldn't suddenly legalize DWI's. And honest education about the dangers of driving while intoxicated (instead of the preaching prohibition) can only serve to decrease the dangerous behavior. Ingesting weed is fine; it's choosing to put the lives of others in danger that makes you a criminal.

  • fuck the FEDS

  • wether its legal or not ill still smoke it :)

  • i wish i had that plant behind him

  • 4 people r justin bieber Fans

  • marijuana is not a drug it is a natural herb just like other herbs that are meant for cooking. marijuana is meant for the same. anything that uses butter or flour can have marijuana mixed in to make it even less harmless to the body than the politicians say it is... PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT congress

  • to test how alcohol and marijuana compare would be quite simple. lets say i drink 15 beers one night at a party within lets say 6 hours and drive my car in a controlled area. how bad would i drive? very! now lets say a week from the intoxication of alcohol (so the alcohol will have no affect with the marijuana) i smoke 7 blunts / 21 joints to my face ( term as to smoking them by your self) and drive in the same controlled area. i will guarantee that after smoking 21 joints i will drive 10xbetter

  • @legalizeTHEprize ^^^ 10x better than if i were to drink 15 beers if anyone wants to email me please do

  • @legalizeTHEprize i think u mean smoke it to your head

  • i totally agree with u guys. alot of theese ideas about marijuana being bade for you are bogus though. there is alot of myths about marijuana's harmful affects and alot of studies that show how NON-toxic marijuana reallly is to the body.

  • I'm not 21 da fuck is this shit but I can vote on it to pass well is ok Ill still smoke it hahah fuck the system

In the cuts rollin dubbies up!!!!!!!

  • Good job guys. You two really know what your talking about.. LEGALIZE IT! November 2010!!! Spark one up for me in Florida.

  • vote yes

  • Really just smoking a joint to forget the wickedness of man. Save the god of gods, king of kings simply enjoy this magical moment and let it flow all the best. Please VOTE YES FOR LEGALIZATION IN NOVEMBER 2010 IN CALIFORNIA. Peace and love to all.

  • Great vid you guys are awesome ! ! ! I am subscribing and I am voting YES on 19 , and i agree the D.A.R.E. program will have to start taking a different approach of awareness and education of the history and benefits of Cannabis to children they couldn't very well justify it being so harmful and negative like they have been doing this whole time if it was made legal , and as far as driving stoned theirs a vast majority of people who in-fact are certain they drive BETTER high !

  • i love the creativity that MJ gives me, i work long hours and a joint is a nice way to unwind and watch some tv. I don't like alcohol cause i have to worry about hang overs in the morning. Heroin and coke should never be legalized, THOSE are drugs and only fuck your life up.

  • the 2 thumbs downs are glenn beck and bill o' reilly

  • it's still a fuck uped situation, but it's getting better. keep pushing for legalization = )

  • marijuana is the best, im 18 and smoke weed for my herniated disk (disk in spine slipped out and is hitting nerve) and it helped dramatically. and its not like other drugs that num the pain and what ever here it helps and makes you feel fucking gr8

  • im 18 and i know i can responsibly use marijuana, graduated from high school class 2010 with a 4.25 avid smoker sense junior year, Varsity cross country and track runner sense sophomore year, and its not only increased my spirituality but in consciousness and awareness of whats going on around me, get the fuck out of here, everything you guys been told is straight bull shit

  • Nice Register to Vote And Then Vote on 19 Calif I Use Medical Weed For Sleep & Pain

  • also it'll be funny to see people get caught by the cops for having more than an ounce hahahah

  • im all for it personally, just i think that people should use vaporizers, when it comes to the home environment

  • THINK THIS THROUGH! legalizing it keeps gov in the loop and introduces the irs into it. it will commercialize & bastardize it by; regulating its potency, manipulate distribution (atf), dictate quantities, decides who gets to have it, regulation of commercial production and sale, imposition & collection of taxes & fees, maintains criminal & civil penalties,... the tax revenues are nothing next to the billions saved by not fighting the war on drugs. DECRIMINALIZE, take ALL gov out of the equation.

  • dude on the left looks like he is trying to act like hes high just cuz its about weeeeed

  • why is MADD so activly opposed to prop 19 realy? it could reduce alcohol consumption and related accedents

  • Vote YES for Proposition 19........Wake up American Citizens, you are all blinded. Many mobs aka gov't is making money off of us, but there pockets are getting fatter while they tel us it is a harmfull drug. If it is so harmfull why are they bringing it to the US and then calling it a crime. Alcohol was prohibited too and it is a drug that killllls

  • @MrGijoe818

My sister tried pot and her hair began to fall out and her lungs became weak and were not the same ever again. so don't tell me pot is not bad because a lot of people have lost their minds smoking it, ted bundy smoked it all the time and also charles manson and his gang, they were on the influence when they did horrible things someone said. i tried it years ago and started hearing voices in my head, so what about that and half the people in mental institution who were on pot

  • Plasticworlds. She smoked pot which made her hair fall out. That doesnt make any sense, unless she smoked marijuana that was laced. Laced- other drugs that might be harmful: cocaine, LSD. In my high school prom some girl died because she tried marijuana. But the marijuana was laced with lsd. I am not saying that marijuana is good for you. Everything you do too much can lead to bad things. but having all these drugs and alcohol legal and not marijuana... doesn't make sense??? 1 case can not prove

  • @MrGijoe818 Actually, it's nearly impossible to overdose from LSD also. You CAN physically harm yourself (like jumping out a window) on LSD, but it's almost impossible to kill yourself from the chemical alone. Not to mention, marijuana laced with LSD doesn't make sense. It could have been laced with PCP, which you can die from, but I highly doubt it was Lysergic Acid Diethylamide.

  • @MrGijoe818 You can't smoke LSD. It is impossible.

  • lol first time viewer here but the guy on the left eyes looked blazedddd :)

  • It's about time...

  • Hope this legealization of weed won't put me out of buisness o well I

    Could still sell crack

  • you got to vote on this cause this is history in the making i vote yes cause it will pull california out of debt and but remember that shit will make you stupid lazy and fat just like alcohol

  • Alcohol has more harmful affects than weed. It's more addictive and it kills faster. Weed 4 life!!!

  • @herogodman76 weed all day everyday

  • harmful effects? Like what? happiness? lol

I cant wait to vote yes this november

  • Comment removed

  • Just legalise weed without THC that way weed heads would get CBD which is actaully anti thc.

  • @omega4chimp lol then no one would buy it and normal weed would still be shipped in and sold illegally. That would solve nothing, fag.

  • @fleminem1Im striaght thank you very much and CBD in weed is ilegal also but its the compound thta make syou luagh.

  • The dude on the left is bouldered already...

  • How do I learn about the proposed amendment in text form?

  • Cannabis doesnt kill people, its prohibition does!

  • Weed doesn't kill people. Cigarettes and alcohol do.

  • who from lost ?

  • great info, thanks guys

  • This is all so exiting! What an age we live in.. Humanoid robots, slate computers, NOW THIS : ) ! Welcome to the future ladies and gentlemen.

  • the truth about marijuana will prevail and it will be legalized nationwide within the next 5 years

  • lol the guy on the left looks like Jacob from Lost

  • @sclary9889 Nice, thanks I guess...

  • I don't know about you guys, but I would MUCH rather have a high dude driving beside me than a drunk! Your typical high dude is driving 30 MPH in a 60 MPH zone not swerving at all and enjoying the cool colors and the high. Your typical drunk is driving 80 MPH in the same 60 MPH zone trying to get home cause he has to piss, all while swerving into other lanes. Legalize it for all, then maybe we'll have high drivers INSTEAD of drunks.

  • @ADanB2010 Truer words have never been spoken. :)

  • @ADanB2010

cool colors? have you ever smoked marijuana before lol?

  • voters will come if there is weed, they will come!!

  • If anything, I expect drunk driving will be reduced significantly once cannabis is legal.

  • Your wrong about consumption not going up. On the other hand maybe the underage use will decreases with better regulations. The government can never substitute for better parenting. Better self choices can only be made thew better knowledge & understanding. HEMP it's biodegradable. I'm working with this Campaign right now push CA to be the first state to ban Styrofoam containers. Perfect timing, Right? Right now all our hemp is imported in for Candida & China. Why? Money dose grow on trees.

  • @ciji916 measuring current consumption is very difficult, so it may SEEM like consumption will go up when it's legal, but really what you're seeing is people feeling more comfortable being honest because they don't risk losing everything they own anymore.

  • I'm with you guys & the Fed Gov needs to stop worrying about what I smoke and work on fixing our damn government, foreign policy and banking system. This Government dose not give a fuck about me & they need to stop pretending they do. How is criminalizing us better for me then smoking pot. Ass backwards, right? You forgot the huge impact on jobs the hemp Industry will create and the tourism. Weed smoking always brings people together & maybe we will play more nice.

  • Legalize , but lets not glamorize. Its just like alcohol, some people can handle some can not. There are millions who quit drinking alcohol even though it is legal. And to all the nay-sayers, there isn't a large resevoir of people who are waiting to be pot-heads only if it were legal. People may try it and experiment with it and may use it occasionally, I forsee a slight increase in usage but nothing major. But, it will definitely make it harder for kids to get.

  • @pucknut68 It would be nice if ANYTHING could be marketed without being glamorized... glamorization is a huge part of marketing because it WORKS :( I agree, it's sad to consider the reasons why people fall prey to the glamor instead of thinking rationally and taking the "educate me, don't dazzle me" route... but like marijuana use in society, glamorization is deeply set and unlikely to go away.

  • If this passes, high-grade weed is gonna be so cheap! God Bless California!!!

  • @ForceOfWizardry , Yes price will go down, misconception is that people think that the $50 tax per ounce will be on top of what is selling for now, when in reality it will be $50 an ounce + what ever the market will bare. Price will be reduce %50 of what we see now is my guess. Anyone have any info on pricing from legitimate sources?

  • @pucknut68 It's impossible for even legitimate sources to know this because no one knows just what kind of crazy regulations different county's will enforce on cultivation zoning laws. It will be years before we learn to run this kinda system right, but still we got to try and watch out for each other a lot better too. Your definitely right on the price decreeing. Supply and Demand, basic principle of economics. I'd love to tell more about it. Love that your intelligent. Keep up the good work.

  • @pucknut68 Not sure what the prices will settle down to be after a few years of it being legal, but a pack of 25 cigarettes is an ounce or more of leaf, and how much do those cost? Up here in Canada, it's $10-12/pack for those cigs.

  • This has to happen, the rest of the planet must also follow suit...its about time we get to exercise our natural unalienable rights.

  • i smoke mad weed im on my high horse please dont shoot me down i land feet flat and walk a million miles with california on my back!!!

  • Great video! Love the information and insight from both of you.

    5*

  • Anything that was created by Nixon should be considered detrimental to the country. DOWN WITH THE DEA!

  • You guys made some good points. Nice calling out Obummer.

  • this is going to be some vote

see my video comments at UncleCali1926 (youtube)

if you can handle a little humor and a little capitalism

  • go to youtube UncleCali1926 for my comment

  • dude the part where you guys said its guna be illegal to drive high i personally think that b.s because 99% of people who smoke actually can driver better that being under the influence of alcohol..and about it being 21 and older to um perches weed is b.s to man..all i got say is if at 18 where old enough to go to war were old enough to smoke period

  • Good job bringing up the MADD vs Cannabis issue. Something you could also say is that we don't hear about it all the time because IT'S NOT HAPPENING! People are driving high as shit all the time, apparently because they can. You can think whatever you want about it, I don't condone driving while under the influence of anything, but facts are facts.

  • @TAXavier Driving high is definitely a concern, and you're right that currently people already do it. Law enforcement has no way to test, especially because of how long THC stays in your system after smoking. But what about those who drive while under the influence of sleep deprivation, or those who have free-roaming animals in their vehicle, or children who are acting up and distracting the driver? Truth is, driving is a dangerous game, and it's hard to change that.

  • @ordermarijuana Well, if cop pulls over someone that was swirving and/or caused an accident and their eyes are bloodshot, he/she can drugtest that person. If they have THC in their system, they will be chared with a DUI. Pretty strait forward to me. You don't need to pull over a person that is stoned if they don't attract attention because they won't attract a cop's attention. Pretty simple imo. :)

  • @TAXavier I heard a brief mention once that there was a way to do a more reliable test for active marijuana intoxication (vs having smoked it a week ago and still having metabolites that don't get you high but are what the drug tests look for), but pinning something on a drug without scientific proof is bad form. Last I checked, when I get stupid tired because I've been up too long, or have been drinking a boat of Red Bull and am crashing, my eyes get bloodshot and I'd probably weave, too.

  • @TAXavier and again, what if i'm weaving because I've got a kid in the back seat that is misbehaving and I, as a shitty parent, don't know that it's safer to pull over and deal with the problem on the side of the road than to drive with it? And if the kid is making me so upset I'm crying, my eyes would be pretty bloodshot...

  • @ordermarijuana Gee I don't know, maybe the cop would tell you to calm you and your kid down and possibly pull over at a rest stop? Are you really trying to argue this pointless crap? It's not hard to smell weed. "But what if a cop can't smell it?" Uh, then nothing, what's your point?

  • @TAXavier My point is that many things cause traffic fatalities, but marijuana gets tagged and scapegoated for a lot of things, so the statistics are a little warped, that's all.

  • happy

  • world legalisation = utopia

  • american legalization only=no longer the most powerfull country in the world..

  • lets help the ecomomy. regulate and tax it. stoners get happy and mellow esp. in this terrible times, increase in sales of pizza, chinese food & cheetos !!!!!!

  • if u live in califorina go vote

  • what an endless debate if they dont legalize IT...

  • fuck u unless your from humboldt you dont know shit

  • Cant anybody trip like we do? - Crystal Method/Filter

  • elections will be rigged no way repubs let this happen keep dreamin

  • im movin to cali

  • dont legalize or humboldt will drown help us keep float or we will not make it

  • 2 words: fuck u

  • wonder if they will ever let the hemp TREE come back, should have NEVER been criminalized in the first place, a valuable resourse that help build america and a God given herb and tree! just plain STUPID ..Free the tree!!!

  • @48snowbird i'm hoping once it's legal (if the vote passes) that hemp industries will come back

  • @nintendude1994 I have to wonder why all the news segments about the initiative dont mention anything about the hemp industry that will ensue. It could easily be twice as large as the recreational market since hemp has so many uses (Popular mechanics in the 30s said 25,000 different products can be made from it). This equates to millions of jobs, and billion in new tax dollars, as I said probably dwarfing the recreational market. No small thing to overlook.

  • @imapyro696 And none of the pro marijuana people mention how much money California will make from tourism alone

  • @nintendude1994 I think that's because they realize the prohibitionists view this as a negative thing "people coming in from out of state just to get high and smoke that dangerous marijuana". but you're right they should at least mention that that's a lot of money in addition to all the taxes, income tax sales tax payroll tax etc.

  • one day the US will become a "free country"

maybe Cali can help be the pioneer state for the rest of the country...

Keep up the good work Cali and God Bless

  • omg...... CAN WE JUST LEGALIZE ALREADY FUCK!!

  • CALI ROAD TRIP

  • long live the magical herb known only as marijuana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and other names)

  • Nooooooooooooooo! Noooooooooo! Noooooo

  • why?

  • oh yesyesyesyesyesyes

  • hootie hoo!

  • Why would u want to sell herb and if anybody gets killed over this is because the illegal dealers are seeing their livelihood going up in smoke.he he he

  • yes

  • Yes if California legalizes it others will follow. Finally some progress. Now with the newly passed healthcare law ( as watered down as it is) I am glad to see this country is changing for the better.

  • If we had followed the D.E.A.'s Operation Redwood, the harvesting of the Redwood National Forest; we wouldn't be facing this issue. These over sized trees have been used to hide outdoor narcotics cultivation in California for years. The Drug Enforcement Administration has worked hand in hand with both Forestry and The Bureau Of Land Management. Harvest the trees used to provide a "canopy" for narco terrorist in Northern California. Isn't this a better solution than legalizing narcotics?

  • YES!

  • We the people can make it happen, Lets destroy these lies that have filled our country for countless decades

  • Legalize herb and you see 911 calls cut in half. Alcohol is responsible for so many 911 calls people just get out of hand when they drink. As for the gateway claim I feel it is a gateway only because the smokers cant get smoke and they go looking for a high and with the CIA responsible for the importation of cocaine guess what is avaliable. Besides many do coke cause it will not show in a drug screen after maybe 2 days and I knew plant workers that cokeit up and dry out for test on tuesday.

  • @cdltpx If cali legalizes it I am buying soic stock and McDomalds also candy stock I am telling you smokers have the best munchies and they invest in lots of candy doritos pizza is another dominos stock will do well.

  • haha these fools crack me up on how old they try to sound act ur age bitches

  • all this is going to do is kill people

  • What's the LD50 of marijuana?

Oh right, they have ben unable to establish one.

Also, this will cut down on crime, free up resooures, and bring in more revenue.

There are places in the world where marijuana is legalized, and they do nto have rampant weed related fatalities.

Hell, the US itself has rampant weed usage. You do know that it's incredibly readibly accessible, right?

All that being said, if you have some way to qualify your claim, I'm willing to consider it.

  • Why?

  • This is a great video up to the 3:00 min mark but your still a couple of douche bags. And Im serious.

  • The raids on dispensaries have continued against the president's wishes because the DEA is a rogue terrorist organization that largely does not answer to our government.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri my guess is that obama would have paid done the absolute minimal to change DEA policy.

  • MAAD is an ignorant hyperbolic propaganda machine. This is all I have to say about marijuana and driving:

    U.S. Department of Transportation,

    National Highway Traffic Safety Administration

(DOT HS 808 078), Final Report, November 1993

"Drivers under the influence of marijuana retain insight in their performance and will compensate where they can, for example, by slowing down or increasing effort. As a consequence, THC's adverse effects on driving performance appear relatively small."

  • i drive high everyday. because its effects on ME are extremely minimal when it comes to impairment. my gf however can not drive as well when she is high. some ppl can drive high, some ppl cant, but either way DRIVING DRUNK IS MUCH MORE DANGEROUS THAN DRIVING HIGH

  • legalize it dont criticize it!!!

  • @lmcdowall all this is going to do is kill people

  • Lol, not any more than it is already. Infact it will save lives. It will kill the illegal trafficing of pot. It will raise badly needed money for my state.

  • yeah... no, it's really not...

People are dieing now, not becaue of the weed, but because of the violence. People are driving high now, so there won't be much of a change there. The only change is that people arn't going to go to prison for nonsence...

legalize marijuana, first in california and the the whole world

  • The Supreme Court is appointed and confirmed by the Federal government. They almost always rule against states rights as outlined in the 10th amendment. To show how corrupt they are, a recent ruling repeals 100 year old laws, now allowing big corporations to give unlimited funds to political candidates. These same companies would be in direct competition with marijuana.

Just you watch how fast the corrupt Supreme Court rules against California if this is passed by the people.

  • California Tourism will probly the next bigthing next to Legalization of the secret plant...

  • Just TOLLerate...

  • why isn't anyone talking about Tom Ammiano's 2254? What's the current status on that push?

  • Pot is what you call a legal crime here in Canada, it's illegal, but everyone smokes it anyway and they publicly admit it, (go downtown and you can see people smoking outside a gift shop).

Cops don't care, they just bust the trafficking.

Marijuana out to be legal anyway, it hasn't killed anyone, alcohol kills thousands every year.

  • cant stand pot-but i totally support a persons right to grow and smoke it

  • Comment removed

  • I approve this video. LOL love being

Californian. The Dealers are going to hate

    this. : p I don't smoke personally just drink, but I don't

see anything wrong with the use of Marijuana.
