@TheDemonicswordsman If I remeber correctly, Gargant was once an oni warrior like Samanosuke but sided with the Genma and became a demon. After his defeat by Samanosuke he wounded up in that oni mansion in Dawn of Dreams where Soki has to fight him.

I thought the first time when I had to unlock MMZ on Onimusha Buraiden, I thought you get 3 Z panels:

1. Beat game as Megaman.EXE

2. Beat Level 10 on Phantom Realm

3. Beat Level 15 on Phantom Realm 2 (I think that's what it said) and I realized you actually have to beat Phantom Realm and 2 with MM.EXE to get Zero. Not just complete certain amounts of levels.

and now that capcom's making fighting games again, sadly none of these characters will see the light of day. the Future Zero and EXE characters [bass, mm, proto] would be perfect in a cross over game. mvc3 is clearly gone to tron and Zero. and TvC had Rockman Trigger and Roll, but maybe these guys and the onimuisha will see the light of day again

zero is the best character that capcom had ever created and the moc 2 version of him is the best in my opinion but yet again they use zero's original model in marvel vs capcom 3 i wish they put the megaman zero costume as a add on also with megaman x and axl and i also wish another megaman zero game but this time they ressureccted x from his cyber elf form and his moc 2 suit from his evil copy then they found a prototype reploid and works with them and its 3D but it would be a megaman x7 clone

If you have Onimusha 3, he's unlocked automatically. Otherwise, there's no way to unlock him other than gameshark.

Not entirely. Yes, the similarities are there, of this, there's no doubt. Even some of the items are named the same (but function differently), but as the video illustrates, gameplay has its key differences and deserves a fair chance, if nothing else. :3

When I got this game I was like hmmm Capcom, demons, souls, swords and guns...is Dante in this game? So I played for hella hours thinking he was in it but at least Zero was in it that made my day. Also I spent days trying to unlock that stage with the boat but no luck I was pissed. Great game though proving that stabbing that megaman from Battle Network will be alk the therapy you need.

Well, while it isn't a series per se, it *is* fun. It's Onimusha Blade Warriors and it's for the PS2.

It *is*, however, a spinoff of the already established Onimusha Action/Adventure series.

You have to go through the story mode on Normal difficulty or higher. When you're asked if you want to go to the Demon Realm (or whatever it was called), choose to go through, and make your way to the end of it. Go back through the game and repeat this two more times. You *should* get the three "parts" for Zero while going through.

I don't remember whether or not you had to have Megaman unlocked beforehand, though.

Usually, when you unlock someone, you have to play a match in vs mode. Whoever wins will have to face the character they unlocked and beat him in order to make them playable.

Sup Trent1709? Well, It's been a few months since I've been on the net, much less youtube, but to answer your question, gargant is only moderate on multiplayer for DoD. I love Gargant as a character, but he only has a few moves! They just need to come out with another Onimusha Blade Warriors and put all of the characters from every single game in it, and with all skills and moves for each character.

I have all the onimusha games , and my favorite is Dawn of dreams by far. Is the most complete and even you can play the history mode witha friend!! (in a secret beta-mode, but still fun and excitin')

That was a pretty intense battle! There is a mode like this in Dawn of Dreams but it kinda sucks. I wish more people did play the Onimusha series. It really doesn't get enough credit. Soki is my absolute favorite character in the whole series. Garuganto and Soki in a reunion battle would be fuckin epic.

Dude, it's my favorite game outta all of the games, you should really try it, it's pretty freakin awesome. The beginning's pretty painstaking, but once you get on a role it's addicting. It's ok if you don't want to try it though, people have their opinions.
