I guess we should watch an Olympia with five contestants. I go to auto races and can tell you who doesn't have a shot to win. But I'm glad their there. Hell even the guy who got last at this years Olympia, his name escapes me, I thought was very impressive and I knew he wasn't going to win.

Arnold's philosophy on competing is EXACTLY how you should feel before any kind of competition. I compete a lot in BJJ and keep that same mindset... "I am the man... and this guy on the other side of the mat is already done." I've done a lot in the 29 years of my life... but look where Arnold was at 29.

Even with Steroids it's very difficult to achieve a great Physique it takes more than Roids & Genetics. it's the Food, Cardio Sessions, Heavy Heavy Weights, so on, to be the best you must be Consistent on top of your Game each and every day you live breath eat sleep train.
You're totally right. Steroids play a minor role in body building. You won't gain the muscle if you just take them. Like you said, you need the nutrients and work. Steroids are there to continue when your given hormones wear off, or can't do any more.

I forget the saying but it goes something like: the journey is more important than the destination.
