I always find it silly that people can debate so fiercely about politics, and yet when someone comes along and gives these amazing up to date speeches, it gets so few views. Any/all welfare & social services recipients should be MADE to work to get their check. For all public services that have job cuts - should be filled with individuals that are already getting a check from California. Cut the welfare - they will leave the State.. just like Arizona. Illegal immigration is the primary reason why California is failing.
