I bought 2 Rimowa suit cases in Apeldoorn The Netherlands (their official dealer) ... cost over 1000 euro or ($ 1,500.) One trip to Florida and one suit case came out with a big dent on a corner ... On visiting the Dealer where I bought it from ... Sorry! They advertise a 5 year warranty ... my damage was done right after I bought it! I paid about $700. for it! Stay away from Rimowa
