Peter Bergman (Jack) looked like he was blown away. Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) looked bored, but Crystal Chappell was so moved and to think later on she got her Daytime Emmy. What a night that must have been for her. To hear this amazing soul legend perform and then to get rewarded for her work.
