@Sandman09z I really wish I saw this show at the start of high school, it would have really helped me out quite a bit. I especially like the last part you mentioned there. Going through hardships, constantly in struggling thoughts... growing up and moving on is the best choice. I wish I appreciated things back then as much as I do now.

Hahaha also this is sort of random but I freaked out when I found out Sato has the same birthday as I do. As if we didn't have enough in common already!

@Deredesa Yeah man this show really reminded me of parts of my life. The first episode i saw i knew that i would love this show cuz i could relate so much. The thing that stood out to me was that Satou was a good guy and he had the ability to make his situation better, but it felt like life would screw him over and that kinda how i feel sometimes.

IDK but i loved this show cuz it was so relatable, to think that a guy from Japan would share some of the same experiences as me

@animefreakpsp well i think it was rather fitting. real life therapy is just like that too. there is no "cure" that will flick a switch in your brain and you'll be all better in an instant. getting better mentally, or in sato's case socially, happens gradually over a long period of time.

i think the ending left us knowing that sato's gonna get better, that's a very realistic ending.

You know, don't get me wrong, i LOVED the anime a lot, but currently I'm on volume 7 out of 8 of the NHK manga, and i must say i like the manga better. Any of you out there should definitely give it a shot! If you loved the anime you'll really love the manga.

Its like a steroid boost of this - Personally I think it addresses more issues, and goes more in depth. Takes interesting turns as well. In fact, You made me want to go back and re-read them. Haha

@ACANOFSODA actually, i felt the same way. The anime's ending to me was more conclusive, and the manga was kind of lacking, but i think that was intentional, so the author leaves it up to you to decide whether or not misaki and satou get together in the future.

This may sound pathetic, but I listen to this song whenever I'm feeling depressed, stressed, or lonely. It really calms me down whenever I'm reminded of Sato, how he prevailed through his hardships, and continued on. I know the characters are fictional, but a lot of their issues really hit close to home. Sometimes I wish someone like Misaki would come and save me from my miserable life... (T^T)
