  • Do they not have a contract with single RR, because that train has had many different units pulling.

  • or old footage or pictures of the "Old Hanford CA station" back when they had One track and an old Coal car sitting on a siding?

  • thI was at the 11th avenue crossing in my car that day...going toward highway 198. i shut off my car LoL that was the longest passenger (non public) train i had ever seen....Any Old footage of F40 single level amtraks in hanford? or know where i could find some? my mother use to commute to LA and work the sunset limited LA to Miami 1988-1992 when they still did. Miss those days :'(

  • how many car were on that train

  • I love cicus trains, I don't see that anymore in my part of the hoods

  • Excellent movie, the freight train pass with a magnificent they are. 5 *

  • I'm trying to catch this. it's in fresno right now. how do I get the schedule?

  • If you pause it at 1:04 and look at the right of the screen you can see a person on the train.

    LOL

  • Now THAT was fucking awesome...

  • i bet they have to stay at a station for a long time to let off passengers

  • Nice Vid Man..xD

  • that frieght was long!

  • For months, i have been trying to wonder what kind of horn does a BNSF ES44AC have. What kind of horn is it?

  • I believe it is a K5HL.

  • @SF3751 it sounds like a K5HLL, 7200's and 7300's have K5HLL horns

  • that one was a K5HLL

  • Nice catch! That is the longest train I have seen with passenger cars and freight cars!!

  • Thanks.

  • wicked video man !

    love it. love it :D

  • what seems to go unseen is that cool warbonnet in there. but great video though.

  • Ya, it was patched though. They're still a cool site to see though, got to enjoy them while they last.

  • oh. didnt see that. they just keep on getting more rare.

  • Ya, its all good. Who knows how long that one will stay like that.

  • Cool Video. I have yet to catch it coming through Salt Lake Area.

  • Thanks.

  • AWESOME VIDEO!!

  • Thanks.

  • Oh, and was there even a FRED on the end of the RB&BB train?

  • Yup, its just like any regular freight train really. Since it has no rear marker lights (like a old passenger cars, or even the new ones) a FRED was used.

  • Oh, I was just asking, I didn't see one on the end.

  • The RB&BB train was just here a couple of days ago. I saw it as I was landing in Phoenix from my trip to New York. The tracks run right by the airport so you can do some railfanning while you wait for the plane :).

  • Nice, I missed it this year.

  • so you sat there all day and waited.....L-O-S-E-R, those of us that actually run these trains FOAMERS....LOL....its just a train..get a life

  • Man, you really are cool now huh? I guess we just learned today how to use the caps butten; but a little period butten happy I see.

I like trains; and filiming them is a hobby. I didn't just see this train, but something like 6 trains before and after this...

  • BEAUTIFUL horn on 7395.

  • I agree.

  • does this train ever come to the northwest?

  • There is a "red unit", which handels the eastern coast, and the "blue unit" ,which handels to Pacific Coast area's. I belive the blue unit is the northwest tight now leaving Portland today.

  • Awesome !!! 5*

  • Thanks!!!

  • thats over kill all those engines for that freight train ive seen a 120 car train in ohio pulled by csx with 2 locos and they were full loads 1 ac6000cw and 1 sd70MAC thats a total of 10,300 hp which is nothing compared to that mixed there but it was a good video here in ny the long island railroad uses 3 mp15ac's 2 pull the circus train every march. good video there tho =D

  • Thanks, it was a bit over powered, but always nice to see.

  • fantastic K5HL on BNSF ES44DC 7395 the newer ones are in the 7400 and 7300 series and 7500 series

  • I agree, it was nice.

  • I counted 61 cars on the Circus train. That is one long train.

  • Thats right. Thanks.

  • The circus is coming to town! Great vid! *****

  • Thanks man!

  • Who was that railfanning at left near the end?

  • That was Gary (bnsfc44), checkout the vid response.

  • That circus train was cool, that is one I would like to see. Great video!!!!

  • Thanks!!!!

  • cool!

  • Thanks!

  • Dude I freaking can never get a shot of that circus train. It only comes through my area once a year headed east and I am always at work when it comes by. Drives me nuts, I so want a shot of this thing.

  • Thnaks, I missed it when it went up to L.A. after this. That t'd me off.

  • WOW!! Awesome Video!! I thought that they cancelled the circus train? Apparintly not!! Again awesome!! 5* and favs!!

  • Thanks, actually. They haven't canceled it at all.

  • Great catch!

  • Thanks!

  • Fantastic job seeing the circus train Alex! Too bad I missed it by a long shot!

    Glenn.

  • Thanks Glenn, you'll get it one of these days!

  • NIce catch! Great shot! that's really long train! I don't think I have a chance to see the circus train since they won't run through my area. Glad someone filmed it.

  • Thanks! It was in L.A. after Fresno. Not your area?

  • not really. I have to go to Orange county to see that.

  • Gottcha, tobad.

  • 98 cars!? damn!

  • Your telling me!

  • I am! lol!

  • LOL

  • that circus train was really long and the freight had 7 locos.WOW.

  • I know, quite a meet.

  • thought if the unit was leaking air they had too stop and fix it or continue without it?

  • I don't know, mabye it was suposed to happen.

  • wow!. Do you know if this will pass tru truckee

  • I'll send ya a shcedule.

  • is there any way to find out when the Ringlings Brothers & Barnum and Bailey Circus train will be in kansas city, mo

  • I'll send ya a shcedule.

  • Noticed they had a door open in the 3rd large-animal car (at 1:03) and some guy was in door maybe throwing something out? I read that the large-animal cars (1 through 5) are always placed right behind the power as that gives the big animals the smoothest ride!!

  • Yup, all true. That guy at 1:03 was only waving, nice guy. Those frist cars are indeed the animal cars. Those are were the elephants were. They're trunks could be seen!

  • I bet all the circus people are really nice! I bet the animals are so used to the train rides that it is no big deal to them!! Sounds like they treat their animals really well and take good care of them-- that is -very- good to hear!!

  • They take great care of them. I read the newspaper the next morning and on the front page it showed the elephants parading down the streets in Fresno.

  • Awesome Job Alex!!!! Sweet power on that second train and cool cirus stuff! 5***** and favorite!

  • Thanks Andrew, that BNSF manifest was quite the suprise!

  • Great catch!

  • Thanks!

  • Your welcome!

  • This is just absolutely kick-ass HARDCORE awesome-- it's just "the greatest show on earth" (-LoL-). This is definitely going to my favs (and I don't do very many there!). Well worth the wait, SF3751 and with the bonus of the other freight too! AWESOME job with the video and thanks for sharing!!

  • Glad you finally found it!!!

  • I had been checking and checking-- then it came up right during supper (here in Tex), and I was out "doing hamburgers" (YUM!), LOL!!

  • LOL, nice. I'm doing Chilli down here. More vidoes on the way including:

  • Thanks! Me too! I was hoping a UP ACe would be leading, because I have yet to see one. But I found out a couple days before this that there was a UP MAC leading. So I was really just fine with anything.

  • nice. I saw 2 trains today, but for some resone they were both stoped on the MAINLINE. wierd

  • Thanks, intresting. Were they both going the same direction? Track?
