  • hey what cream cheese r u using, the only one i can find is philadelphia cream cheese ,if i use that will it still work or does the recipe specify a certain brand... :D great video by the way

  • hey how do you make the crust? I mean do you manually crush the oreos? please teach me

  • for this one we used a pre-made crust but thats only b/c we couldnt find the food processor

    but if you want to make a selfmade crust all you have to do is break up some oreos into a food processor and a stick of butter then pulse until you get a nice batterish goop

    then press it into a pan evenly and refrigerate until used its pretty simple

  • I gave y'all 5 stars for tackling cheesecake. We all learn from our mistakes and I'm sure the cheesecake turn out delish. :D

  • You were supposed to use the paddle attachment for the mixer and then stop the mixer ever so often to scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula to make sure everything gets mixed.The beater attachment is for beating air into cream or egg whites. Whipping too much air into the cheesecake will cause it to crack.
