Thanks for the reply, i was thinking on using 30x30x2.5mm or 40x40x2mm box or tube not sure what to go for. I will be new to the sport so not sure is the is rules on thickness of steel or not???
Each event tends to have slightly different rules, but there are no specific rules on steel thickness or dimensions. 30x30x2.5mm or 40x40x2mm should both be fine provided you put enough bracing in.

Depends on what grade it is. I generally use 25x25x3mm box or 25x3mm tube. Or whatever I happen to have lying around.
