This lady in the video takes Matthew 23:8 out of context.
Matthew 23:2-7 Jesus warns the crowds about the Pharisees' wicked motives for doing the things that they do. In the process he also mentions about how the Pharisees like to be viewed by men. They like the most prominent places and like to be CALLED RABBI by men. This is because it makes them feel superior to others who call them by this title. So in verse 8 of this 23rd chapter Jesus discourages the disciples from having this attitude.

The JW's are the truth!! If someone can prove to me using scriptures that they are wrong then I would be happy to stop having a study with them and study with another faith. However, this cannot be done because scripturally the JW's are god people!!

Unfortunately, this question will not work on a JW. I regretfully know the JW answer to this question. They would say that "Jehovah" was talking to Jesus in this scripture. They believe that God created Jesus and put him in charge of creating all other things. At Colossians 1:16, the JW Bible reads "by means of him (Jesus) all other things were created." JW's have added the word "other" to their Bibles, but not one of them among the common ranks realizes this.
But you haven't answered the question either... If God is a loving God Who desires all to come to the knowledge of the Truth and be saved, why would he make the Bible so difficult to understand?
The bible is difficult but you need to take your time and read it If you don't understand some thing then ask, fore me it's not difficilt because I have stdy with Jehovas witness many time, in the begin it was very difficult but now not more.

But it *does* tell you what to do, and what to believe. For ex. at one time JWs were forbidden to have organ transplants because the WT said so. Now they're acceptable because the WT says so. That's just 1 ex. among many. Did you know that the WT used to openly teach that Jesus is God? Not just "a god", but God. (In fact, this teaching is still a part of the current & effective WT Charter. But, since the WT says now to not believe it, you won't.

Are you one of Jehovah's Witnesses? If so, do you not believe as the society teaches: that the Bible *is* hard to understand, which is why no one can understand it on their own and so you *must* have the society to interpret it for you?

they believe that everyone on earth that is not a jw are wrong.they have no problem telling people that, does that make everyone on earth wrong? there have been millions of christians that have been killed and persecuted that were not witnesses.
