This footage looks very much like the Casa Grande, AZ footage as well! Which also happened in November 2008! Something was going on in Nov. 2008! Wow. The three or four balls in the Casa Grande sighting look like the "front" of the formation in this video!

Nice video ... it looks almost exactly like Tremonton, Utah UFO footage from the 1950s. Search for it, it's on youtube (search for Tremonton UFO). Interesting.

I'm curious why is it you think it is not birds? They made you sound fairly certain about that. Some birds DO fly in formation, and usually do not change color either. I just don't see how you could so easily rule them out from such a distance, only able to see tiny dots.

What else is unique about that area in Canada you guys live? We've seen things like this in Salt Lake City Utah. I saw two of the strobing orbs mond dec 3rd 2007. They were doing concentric circles around eachother like showing off for us.
