you people have never did ground work with a horse have you? you are a bunch of idiots!!! people like you should never own horses cause you dont know what your doing. she is doing it nice and slow and giving him easy ques to try and get him to do what she wants, and he figured it out. atleast she wasnt whipping him like you probably do! its called natural horsemanship
I thought you did pretty darn good, you cannot get trust without first establishing dominance, as a horse will not feel safe until a leader has proven capable of being the leader, I can imagine that it would take more dominance on the handlers part to achieve this with a stallion. I want to be my horses friend but I will never make the mistake of putting friendship before leadership again. I have a young horse who constantly seeks reassurance and security through testing my capacity as her lead
I responded negatively to your comment of "Nice job! Those numchuck comments below show the idiocy in most people who think horses are house pets. And don't really know the nature of the horse. This horse is so relaxed! Good training, kiddo....". as I don't agree, so how were you paying me a compliment?!
you look like a predator stalking and tormenting its prey ... and there is no way you need that much pressure to get an unhandled 3 yo to make it think it is your idea to move its feet ....

@AnywhereButHere09 This is a video of a mentally and physically exhausted unhandled 3yr old that has been subjected to over 45 mins work it has never encountered before. I don't know why you think it is appropriate.
Yea this is the oddest way I've ever seen someone try to get respect from a horse, your just spooking him... my god if this is 45min into the lesson...Lots of Monty Roberts videos out there on you tube...find one and use it I have and none of my horses have been afraid of me... but they have all respected me...I am sorry but you are going to end up with one spooky Stud!
think you need to read Monty roberts or better still go meet him,as yes i do have 8 horses and yes i do train them and i do it all free will, gain the trust just by being there not day one whats the rush????aughh bet its money........i keep all my horses i couldnt sell as they are my WORLD.........
Thats a perfect way to train a horse NOT TO TRUST YOU!!, THE WAY YOU CIRCLE AROUND HIM IN SUCH A SLOW PREDATOR LIKE MOVING. YOU PUT HIM ON THE DEFENSIVE . YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS IN TRAINING ANYTHING
did you just wack that poor horse?oh my goodness thats the wrong way to start a horse.......guys look into join up please, kind gentle approach, gaining trust,RESPECT....i dont like bullying its upsetting.......
