I remember this performance on the TUBE as a classic. I was impressed that it was an extended version on TV. Channel 4 was great in those days a pale shadow of the turgid reality TV it became!

Howard Hewett was never ever able to hit any high note live. I was all Jody with the voice and Daniel for the dancing.

Shalamar was the bomb bak then. This clip had to be done in 1982-1983. They sounded great together. I have all of their cd's including the ones i didn't like with the replaced members Delisa Davis,Micki Free and Sydney Justin.
