They were already under arrest fuckin prick and im sure they know what you go through you should think about that before you join the department it doesnt give you a right to step on his ahead you dont know how much pressure he puts on the head. I back the police but in situations like these
Just beacause a suspect is in cuffs, that does not mean that he is not a threat. Officers have been shot by handcuffed prisoners. These officers did the right thing by controling the suspects movement and not putting themselves and others in danger.
i concure... not only that but there is still a chance for something to go bad with the other officers withdrawing the other 2 out of the wrecked car. i can't see all of whats happening but controlling the suspects, in this situation guilty by association suspects, from moving is very very necessary and key. i don't agree with the officer standing on the guys "head" but i agree its no prob "stepping" on the suspects back. the commander who put tne officers into investigation needs street time.

ok i couldn't see that well in the movie where exactly his foot was... everything was black. and until just now i didn't see the .223 and i knew about that protocol i was focusing on the foot. but yeah no prob. i support officers when they are in the right. while others say its in humane. treat the criminals like human beings.... blah blah BULL S%!& they lost their rights and their right to be human beings when they broke the law the first time by robbing. let alone evade police.
