Question. As a new S4 owner, how much cash did you have to throw down for these turbos? Do you have the motor/cooling built up as well? Also, just how horrible is your gas mileage? I drive mine like a grandma around town and mileage is still pretty ba. With all that air your throwing in there, I can't imagine you're getting more than 150 mi per tank. Is it your DD? Is yours reliable, or constantly having problems? What octane fuel do you run? Where do you even BUY gas with more than 94 oct? lol

I just use 100 Octane Fuel. You must use min 98 Octane Fuel for your car. - Is better for the Engine and ... man that´s not a Kia. You drive an 630Hp Audi he need 98-100 Octane. But i like your Vid. Peace

methanol injection raises the octane level in your car. it and water are injected into the bipipe or intake pipe before your throttle body. water along with methanol is sprayed as a fine mist, thus cooling your intake air temps and raising the octane to ridiculous levels. cooler intake temps with a turbo car equals stupid gains, then methanol raises octane, as well as meth makes you engine handle more boost safely.. youll get an easy 100 crank horsepower on a stage 3 audi s4 with meth/water ..

Ok meth cools the pistons and engine while making 100 octane. i run 22 pounds of boost. Its a SAFE way to run boost. Im runing a 70/30 mix making about 490 WHP on a mustang dyno. SAFE not crazy cus this is my every day driver. This is on an sti with Aps tsr 70 turbo. Crawford block. Cosworth heads. and suporting mods. Going on 1.5 years hard driving. No problems.

yeah 250 hp PLUS 250 equals 500.. its a twin turbo .. plus you probably got rods and pistons, other engine work and heads done.. and open that exhaust up and get some air flowing and skys the limit..

if you use like a 50/50 meth/water mixture the water cools the intake charge and the methanol increases octane to >100

stock s4 is around 8900.00 twin turbo setup with k04's is around 3400.00 with intercoolers and piping, then u have to chip it which is like 500 to 1000 dollors then full exhaust. is another 1000 dollors. so like 5 grand

ok so basically torque is measured in every foot it takes to move eg. 600 lbs-ft so for every foot the engine will output 600 lbs right

torque gets you off the line...horsepower maintains your terminal velocity. that simple.

sounds like a luftwaffe divebomber im gonna start revving mine like that i usually just shirt around 4 though, when do u guys shift? I find 1st gear to be to quick and gets you no where but helps with 2nd rpm/turbo boost readiness

I have never driven an s4 but in most cars its best to do the 1-2 shift as high as u possibly can before hitting the limiter because it is such a deep gear that even tho you're going past your max power point its so deep it really doesnt matter and it means you will be higher in your power curve when you hit 2nd. best way to figure this out is to go to a drag track and practice, practice, practice

I am the proud new owner of this car. It is an absolute beast. I'm seeing 20+psi at 4000rpm and the 25psi boost gauge is pegged at 4200rpms.

The car makes 20 psi at 3800rpms and full boost at 4200rpms. GT2560s spool a little later and 28s obviously later yet.
