Bureaucracy has been so horribly abused. The tendency to blame others can be translated to a line of paperwork that is destructive to all aspects of life. To blame another can be the easiest way out, but is by far the most destructive. Just think about the trail of useless paper work that seperates any average citizen from the leader of ANY country that has adopted bureaucratic means.
...still not sure how I stumbled on this presentation, but it's good to see Joel. This is very good. Its been easily >20 yrs since I talked to him @ Cleve VA, Wade Park. Joel is still very passionate about what he believes, and its very truthful. Unfortunately the Bureaucratic Maze in Hx Care will eventually CHOKE its own neck. I agree 210%. Very informative.
