my god i got shivers up my spine. i love this! I used spores to grow my own maitaki. Mushrooms are beautiful, powerful and so ancient! Im going to recommend them highly, more than i do, and do more research. Everyone should be eating these. Im going to create a formula !
There is absolutely no doubt that mushrooms are special when it comes to healing. The information and evidence thus far is overwhelming, though we all wish for more double-blind studies to be done. As I look around YouTube (or go to the store) I see many promises from the latest cure-all herb, to the best vitamin, and it makes me a little sad.
There is a reason why Dr Weil endorses certain mushrooms.
