@getlikejavi we all know it has failed miserably. the reason its not legalized though is because alcohol, tobacco, and pharmaceutical companies do not want competition with marijuana. studies have shown in states that have legalized marijuana, alcohol consumption went down. the war on drugs has nothing to do with caring about people's health, it's all about the money. prisons get paid millions of dollars just to maintain a certain level of incarceration, which a lot of is weed possession.
