Why would you use a tangent map to create a rock texture? I'm just wondering. My impression of object space was that it was less painful on the render but it couldn't be applied to deforming meshes. Rocks don't warp so it'd make sense to use an object normal map.

You should do a tutorial on how to texture a uv map in photoshop, my texturing always turns too simple or too crap.

@freshaca3 It's not, he's narrating over a sped up video, but it doesn't appear to be much faster. Double, Triple time maybe.
