I love this soundtrack.

It sets the mood perfectly and gives the player the impression someone's life is hanging in the balance.

Ace Attorney and JFA have very similar music. Their cross examinations may have a different sound, but their tempo is almost exactly alike. Just listen to them. The moderate versions both have 1 verse without additional background music, and then 2 verses with it, going to normal. Allegros have the same tempo, and the cornered themes are similar. Kind of clever, huh?

I enjoy this cross examination music the most. It gives the idea of pondering over what led to the crime and when it took place. Phoenix is thinking and listening with a calm mind. Since the crimes are usually murders, this music suits makes you feel like that you are learning more about a murder instead of another crime.
