This game was more like a doom port of wolfenstein 3d because of how the 1 ups act like mega spheres or soul spheres (taking health up to 200%) and the treasure acts like heath too. It also shows up as item percentage on the screen when you finish a level just like the armor bonuses and healing potions. Don't forget that you get unlimited lives like doom, no high scores, most of the weapons look like ones from doom and not to mention the ending from doom2 (role call of enemies) is also in this.

At mark 0:34, you will see dead guards laying there in the doorway inbetween two rooms. This keeps the door open for you to cross freely without pressing a button to repeatedly opening the door. To accomplish this, I lure the soldier guard by firing one round into the next room, then I retreat and wait for them to come after me as the door closes. This is a trap because now they have to open the door. Once they open it, I fire, killing them and they fall down right where I want them to!

Since when did the creators of Wolf3d for the Jaguar come up with the weapons of Doom and put it on this game? Well, never the less, Doom and Wolf3d are still good games. More or less. That reminds me, I think they put a Wolf3d mod that looks like it's Doom counter part. I don't know where it is. But, search on Google, or type in Moddb and search for the mod there. Just remember, Wolf3d isn't a easy game to mod. :-S

Yes. This version functions exactly like Doom (or identically if not exactly). The reason being is because this was actually a test to see if they could put Doom on the Jaguar and they did but it was a really bad port of it.
